The FSLAS exists to provide a meeting place for amateur astronomers of all ages and abilities in the Furness and South Lakes area of Cumbria, England.

 

Our charter says that we will:

 

Promote astronomy in the local community


Provide education in astronomy for groups, schools, and the general public.


Offer help, advice, and support to enthusiasts on all manner of related subjects.
